You'd never know these tender/crisp, very cheese-y crackers are 100% whole wheat — they're a great example of how white whole wheat can step in for all-purpose flour in all kinds of baked treats...."

INGREDIENTS
2 cups King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
a few grinds fresh black pepper, optional
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter
1/2 cup whole, 2%, or 1% milk
coarse sea salt, dried herbs, and/or grated Parmesan cheese, optional; for topping
