12 slices fresh Mozzarella cheese (Bel Gioioso Fresh Mozzarella (from Costco)

2 cups salsa
•
8 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
•
Tortilla chips (crunched for the topping) I used Garden of Eatin’ Sweet Potatoes Corn Chips
