Crunchy Asian Slaw

"Bringing a pop if colour into your weekend friends and a very healthy and delicious salad to your table. What I love about this salad is the contrast between sweet, spicy, tangy and crunchy. This is an Crunchy Asian Slaw with Mango which I made recently. This dish can stand alone as an entree by adding some cooked protein like chicken or shrimp, even some cold vermicelli noodles or serve it as a side dish as I have here. This dish can also be used as a topper for fish or chicken tacos.…..."

INGREDIENTS
* 1 bag shredded cabbage
* 2 cups shredded red cabbage
* 1 cup carrots , julienned
* 3 green onions , finely sliced on the diagonal
* 2 chopped zucchini
* 2 large mangos diced
* 1 cup toasted sunflower seeds
* 1 cup toasted pumpkin seeds
* 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
* 1/2 cup hemp seeds
* 1 Tbsp cilantro leaves for garnish
* 3 tbsp rice vinegar
* 3 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tbsp lime juice
* 3 tbsp Sesame oil
* 1 1/2 Tbsp mirin
* 1/2 tsp finely minced red chilli
* 2 garlic cloves , minced
2 tsp shredded ginger
