1 can chicken broth (or homemade chicken stock)

8 oz sour cream
•
8 slices Swiss cheese or 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
•
15 Ritz crackers, crushed or 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
•
1/2 cup Country Crock margarine
