2 c milk, (at room temperature)

¼ lb ham, (diced into small pieces)

Pinch nutmeg
•
Salt ((to taste -- only needed if your ham isn’t too salty))

1 egg, (lightly beaten)
•
½ - ¾ c bread crumbs

Oil for frying
