1 lb beef (I use grass fed)

1 t salt
•
1/2 t pepper
•
2 t Italian seasoning
•
2 cloves garlic, minced
•
1 T olive oil
•
2 bags of frozen cheese ravioli (25 oz bags)
•
2 standard size jars of your favorite Spaghetti sauce (I used Trader Joe's)
•
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
•
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, shredded
