1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cilantro

1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/8 teaspoon pepper

For sauce:
•
1/2 cup vegetable broth
•
1/4 cup orange juice
•
1/4 cup apple juice
•
1 tablespoon lime juice
•
2 tablespoons tomato paste
•
1 tablespoon brown sugar
•
Slurry (1 tablespoon of cornstarch whisked with 1 tablespoon water)
