Ingredients: 2/3 cups oats, blended into a fine powder; 1/3 cup whole oats; 1 cup flour; 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 stick butter, room temperature; 1/2 cup peanut butter; 1 cup light brown sugar; 1 egg; 1/2 tsp vanilla; 1 cup white chocolate chips (you could also use regular chocolate chips- I am sure it would be just as good)
