1/2 cup gluten free flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)

5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, divided

1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1 teaspoon baking powder
•
1/2 cup butter, melted, cooled
•
3 whole eggs
•
3 egg yolks
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla liquid stevia
•
4 ounces sugar free chocolate chips (I used Lily's Sweets)
•
2 cups hot water
