◾1, 15 ounce can solid packed pumpkin (NOT THE MIX) or 1 ¾ cup pumpkin puree

◾1 ½ cups milk (we use almond milk)
•
◾1 cup water
•
◾1 teaspoon cinnamon
•
◾1 teaspoon ginger
•
◾½ teaspoon nutmeg
•
◾¼ teaspoon ground cloves
•
◾¼ teaspoon salt
•
◾2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
◾1/3 cup Truvia (I make homemade) or ½ cup sugar
