1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 (6 – 7 lb.) bone-in Boston Butt, pork butt, pork shoulder, or picnic ham ((or sub with boneless))
