12 ounces evaporated milk
3 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese (12 ounces)
1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack or American cheese (4 ounces)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup butter, cubed
