1/2 pound Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 whole Onion (chopped)
1/3 cup Vinegar
1/3 cup Water
2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
