10 oz Zest Steak Sauce (similar to Heinz 57 Sauce)

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Onion, diced

1/2 c Diced Celery

3 Small Bell Peppers, diced (used multiple colors to add interest)

1/2 c Sliced Mushrooms
•
10 oz Can of Ro-Tel (mild or original undrained)
•
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
•
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
