1 pound ground chicken or turkey (93% Lean - a little more then a pound is fine)

2 tablespoons dehydrated onions
•
2 whole eggs
•
1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
•
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
•
1 teaspoon ground mustard
•
1 teaspoon garlic powder
•
24 ounces marinara sauce (You will need 3/4th cup for the loaf, then cover the top.)
•
1 1/2 cups Italian cheese (1 1/4th Cup for loaf plus 1/4th cup for top of loaf)
