INGREDIENTS

Pack of boneless chicken thighs or breasts washed -Tip: ( I spread and cut them in half and I use thighs) Approximately 4 to six smaller thighs or 3 to 4 large breasts (boneless) Cutting & choosing is up to you. Makes more meat throughout the mixture

(1) 6 ounce package of stove top stuffing mix, dry
•
1/2 cup sour cream
•
1 can of cream of chicken soup ( I use cream of mushroom)
•
1/2 can milk or water
•
1 small can of mushrooms or you can use fresh (optional)
•
1/2 sweet onion cut in quarter pieces (optional)
•
Salt/pepper to taste
