1/4 cup flour (all purpose )
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 tsp fresh ginger (grated )
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup cashews (UNSALTED )
