INGREDIENTS

1 – head of cabbage chopped
•
2 lbs – ground sausage (I prefer Bob Evans Sage)
•
1 -2 – onions sliced into skinny strips
•
1/4 - cup of parmesan cheese
•
3-6 teaspoons of minced garlic (the more the better)
•
1 – tablespoon of parsley (fresh chopped or dry)
•
2 – beef bouillon cubes
•
1 – cup of water
•
Tomato or vegetable juice
•
Salt & Pepper to taste
