PULLED PORK -
5 to 7 lb Pork Shoulder (Boston Butt, Pork Butt)
1 large onion chopped
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T liquid smoke
Enough water to fill the crock-pot 2/3 full
1 bottle favorite BBQ sauce
