Crispy Keto Peach Cobbler

2 cups / 300g peaches (sliced, skin on )
1 1/2 cups / 170g zucchini (cored and sliced thinly)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp granulated sweetener (So Nourished)
2 cups / 200g almond flour
1/4 cup / 30g coconut flour
1/2 cup / 114g butter (melted)
4 tbsp granulated sweetener (So Nourished)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
good pinch of sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
2 tbsp golden erythritol (to scatter over the top of the cobbler)
