1 tsp salt, plus more to taste

1 ¾ C cold water

Dry Batter

1 ½ C flour

1 tsp garlic salt

½ tsp poultry seasoning

1 ½ tsp pepper

1 ½ lbs chicken, (I used 3 boneless skinless breasts that I cut into strips but you can use your preferred pieces)
