Crispy Crab Sticks with Chili Sauce

INGREDIENTS
10 Crab Sticks (halved, (I used Imitation Crab Meat))
1/2 cup Cornflour ((Cornstarch))
1/4 cup Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1/4 t Salt
1/2 cup Ice-Cold Water
Extra Cornflour (to dust (Cornstarch))
Oil (for deep-frying)
1/4 cup Tomato Sauce ((thick Ketch-Up))
1/4 cup Chili Sauce (mild or strong)
2 t Brown Sugar
1 t Soy Sauce
1 t Fresh Ginger (finely grated)
1/2 cup Water
