6 thin slices of any of your favorite cheese

6 thin slices of black forest ham (any ham works)

4 tablespoons butter
•
2 TB chopped up chives
•
12 Slices of bacon
•
1/4 cup flour
•
1 tsp. salt
•
pepper to taste
•
1 cup bread crumbs, preferably Panko (gives it a great crisp!)
•
2 eggs
•
2 teaspoons water
•
4 tablespoons olive oil
