1 small carrot, (peeled, grated, and patted dry)
⅔ cup Alfredo sauce
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried parsley flakes
⅛ teaspoon dried rosemary
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon onion powder
1 cup grated cheddar cheese or Colby Jack cheese
Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley or other herbs
