1 (8 ounce) package brown and serve sausages

2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded (I used Cabot’s Monterey Jack which is lactose-free)

4 eggs, slightly beaten

3/4 cup milk
•
2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1/4 teaspoon pepper
•
1/4 teaspoon oregano
