1 tablespoon minced shallots or onion
1 teaspoon sugar

1 package (1 lb.) shredded cole slaw mix or 8 cups shredded cabbage
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
1 (7 oz.) jar Lindsay® Pimiento Stuffed Spanish Manzanilla Olives, drained, halved
