1 lb. dried red kidney beans
1 head garlic
3 green onions
3 stalk celery
1 medium onion
1 small green pepper
1/2 lb. good-quality smoked bacon
1 1/2 lb. andouille sausage
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
Creole or Dijon mustard
