1 1/2 cups milk (I used hemp, you can use heavy cream, half and half or milk of your choice)

5 eggs
•
1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter
•
1/4 teaspoon salt
•
3 tablespoons honey
•
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
•
sprinkling of cinnamon
•
syrup or whipped cream for topping
