Creme Brulee Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS
For the cupcakes you’ll need:
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
2 t. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/3 c. whole milk
For the creme brulee you’ll need:
2 3.7 ounce boxes of Dr. Oetker’s Creme Brulee mix
2 c. cold whole milk
2 c. cold whipping cream
