INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
1 large leek, 1 1/2 cups
4 cloves garlic roughly chopped
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
1 medium-sized carrot, 1 cup chopped
2 celery stalks celery, chopped small
1/2 -1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2- 15 ounce cans cannellini beans, 3 cups, drained ( or white beans)
3 cups vegetable broth or chicken broth
