Creamy Tomato Tortellini Soup Crockpot recipe

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients
1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled (you can use any type but I chose spicy italian sausage because I like a little spice)
32 oz chicken broth
20 oz bag of frozen tortellini (you can also use fresh if you prefer)
8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cans of diced tomatoes, do not drain (I used the italian seasoned kind)
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp garlic salt (this is optional but I can't seem to live without garlic salt)
1 cup grated parmesan
