Name: Creamy Rice Pudding
Ingredients: 1-1/2 cups Arborio Rice; 3/4 cups sugar; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 5 cups milk ( I used 2% you can use 1%); 2 eggs; 1 cup half and half; 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 1cup golden raisins; Cinnamon if desired
