1/4 cup chopped peanuts (I used salted peanuts)

1 cup heavy cream

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup creamy-style peanut butter
•
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
•
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
