INGREDIENTS
8 oz pasta (I used gemelli, but you can use any shape you like)
1 tablespoon canola oil
4 slices turkey bacon, diced
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 medium onion, very finely diced
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons low-fat mayo or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 shallot, halved and thinly sliced
