INGREDIENTS

¾ cup crumbled feta cheese [approx 3 oz]

1 stalk of green onion
•
3 TBSP quality olive oil
•
3 TBSP red wine vinegar
•
3 TBSP plain greek yogurt
•
3 TBSP filtered water
•
1 clove of garlic
•
1 TBSP olive oil [separate from above]
•
⅛ tsp Salt
•
⅛ tsp dried oregano
•
⅛ tsp dried dill
•
Feel free to use fresh herbs if you have them! Simply add a little more than their dried counterpart above, then adjust to taste.
