14 (6 inch) flour tortillas
2 cups cooked and chopped chicken
2 1/2 cups Mexican cheese blend, divided
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup black beans, drained
1 cup mild enchilada sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups heavy cream
2 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup chopped chipotles, I use La Costena in adobe sauce
1 chicken bullion cube, crushed
1 package ranch dressing mix
