INGREDIENTS

Preheat oven to 350
•
1 1/4 lb chicken seasoned w/ 1 t. Salt, 1/2 t pepper in greased 11x7 baking dish.
•
Pour 1 C chicken broth over top, cover and bake 45 min.
•
Shred meat.
•
Heat 1 T oil in large Dutch oven
•
Add 1 med. onion chopped
•
1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
•
Cook 3 min.
•
Add 3 garlic cloves chopped x 30 secs
•
Add 3 C chicken broth
•
1 tsp. Chili pdr.
•
1 tsp. Cumin
•
1 tsp. Paprika
•
1 can (14.5 oz) tomatoes w/ diced green chili’s
