8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp cajun spice

1 tbsp olive oil

6 oz (about 1 large chicken breast) chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cut into small bite size pieces

1 andouille sausage or smoked sausage, cut into slices
•
1 medium onion, chopped
•
1 celery stalk, chopped
•
3 cloves garlic, minced
•
1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
•
1/2 green bell pepper, julienned
•
1/2 yellow bell pepper, julienned

1 1/2 cups chicken broth, low sodium

1/2 cup heavy cream

salt and pepper to taste
