2 teaspoons cajun seasoning (can use store bought or my homemade version )

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ sweet onion, chopped

½ each: green, red, and yellow bell peppers, chopped

6 no boil lasagna noodles, each broken into about 6 pieces
•
⅔ cup skim milk
•
1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese
•
3 tablespoons flour
•
1 teaspoon minced garlic
•
1 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
