1 medium-large avocado, pitted and removed from the shell

1 cup cilantro, fresh & very loosely packed
•
1 Tbl garlic
•
2 Tbl lime juice
•
1/2 tsp kosher salt
•
1/2 tsp black pepper
•
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
•
2 tsp white vinegar
•
1/4 cup avocado oil (can use olive oil)
•
3-4 Tbl buttermilk (depends on how thin/thick you want the dressing)
