10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained really well
1 – 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon water
