Name: Creamed Spinach
Ingredients: 2 frozen bags of spinach- 12 oz bags; 4 tbs of butter- or margarine- I used Light - divided; 1/4 cup of flour; 1 cup of 2 % milk; 4 oz cream cheese- You can use reduce fat or low fat; 1 small onion- chopped; 3 garlic cloves- minced; 1/4 cup of water; 1 cup of Italian blend cheese, or Parmesan; 1/4 tsp of salt; 1/4 tsp of pepper; 1 dash of nutmeg
