6 boneless chicken thighs (skin-on or skinless is fine)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
