120 g Whole milk

½ teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoon Granulated sugar

140 g Bread flour (high protein content flour, eg. 13%)

220 g Egg (Approx. 4 eggs at room temperature. Might need slightly more or less, see the tips below.)
