For the Choux Pastry:
1/2 cup cold water
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 (4 ounce) bar dark chocolate, chopped, or as needed (optional)
