Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter (salted or unsalted butter is fine); 1 cup water; 1 cup all-purpose flour; 4 large eggs; 8 oz cream cheese (softened); 6.8 oz instant vanilla pudding ((2- 3.4 oz boxes) INSTANT vanilla pudding); 3 cups milk; 8 oz cool whip (or homemade whipped cream); chocolate syrup (for drizzling overtop (or mini chocolate chips))
