1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, or Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature

1/4 c. sugar
•
1 tsp lemon juice
•
1 Tbsp butter, melted
•
1/4 c. raisins, optional (I omitted these) Icing:
•
1 c. powdered sugar
•
1 Tbsp butter, softened
•
1/2 tsp vanilla
•
4 tsp milk
