Cream Cheese Pound Cake

4 oz Unsalted butter ( room temperature)
¾ cup White sugar
1 ½ cup All-purpose flour
3 Large eggs
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
8 oz Powdered sugar
3 tbsp Milk (or buttermilk (up to 5 tbsp) )
1 tsp Vanilla extract
½ tsp Lemon zest ((optional))
½ tsp Orange zest ((optional))
