INGREDIENTS
3 cups all-purpose flour (measured correctly)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon buttermilk
4 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes then frozen for 30 minutes
4 tablespoons butter, salted or unsalted (I used salted, it's what I prefer.) cut into cubes and frozen for 30 minutes
