1/4 Cup Flour

1 1/2 to 2 Cups Crawfish Stock

1/4 Cup Minced Garlic

2 Tbsp Fresh Thyme Leaves, chopped

2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Hot Sauce (I like Crystal or Louisiana Gold)

1/2 Cup Green Onions, thinly sliced
